Problems posted by students to Globalexperts4u.com are broadly categorized into two types:

• Math-based Problems, defined as those that require fixed, numerical solutions. These problems are much less subjective, and typically have one correct response. Postings in Business mathematics, accounting, finance, and statistics are usually "math-based"
• Word-based Problems are much more subjective and usually involve written descriptions and opinions, not discrete processes. Essay-style and discussion questions make up the majority of this category.

When responding to math-based Problems:

• Do not provide math-based answers without supporting and instructional information. While it is often necessary to provide the final answer to a problem to ensure that the "full story" of the solution is told, it is much more important to describe the concept and process involved in finding the solution.
• Explain to the student exactly what the problem is asking.
• Set up the problem for the student providing clear reasoning for your decisions. Often it is the first step in the process that is most difficult.
• Explain the steps involved in reaching a solution. Any student can get an answer by asking a classmate; at Gloablexperts4u students learn how to solve problems.
• Detail the reasoning for the method you are using and provide additional information where appropriate (ie. Other methods for solving the problem, interesting facts, etc.)
• Provide numbers and a final answer for the solution if you feel it is necessary for the student to fully understand the problem. Do not provide material that students could simply hand in without first working through your notes and understanding the concept. This will help mitigate the likelihood of students abusing our service, and maximize the overall learning experience on every posting.

When responding to word-based Problems:

• Do not provide material that a student can simply print-off and submit as their own! Students often post problems that require essay or discussion-style responses. The job of the Expert is NOT to write an essay for the student, but to provide ideas, definitions, research help, and instructions on how the student should approach the problem.
• When responding to word-based problems, it is important to remember that you are an Expert and that your role is to help guide the student's thinking so that they can improve their understanding of the material and their academic skill sets. Skill sets such as critical thinking and writing should be nurtured by Experts with the goal being long-term learning not just a good grade on a particular assignment.
• It is perfectly acceptable to draw on outside resources as part of your response when replying to postings, but this needs to be identified and properly cited so that students understand that the material is not original and needs to be referenced in their work accordingly. Remember, students are paying for your educational assistance and do require your original input. Passing off material that is not yours as your own is an inexcusable offense that will result in your immediate removal from our system.

Experts found to be disregarding these clear instructions for Ask a question responses will be REMOVED from our system. In most cases, Experts will receive a single warning when inappropriate responses are delivered, but we reserve the right to remove Experts even after a first infraction if the offense is deemed to be especially grievous.

Please note that this is NOT intended to be a full-time position. The amount of work available varies depending on the subject areas you are registered in, but for all members of our Community, this opportunity is intended to be part-time only.

1. Required Qualifications

 Applicants may register as Expert if they are currently working on, or have obtained, a graduate-level (Masters or PhD) degree from an accredited university.

We accept  Experts from all university departments of study. We do, however, reserve the right to reject applicants in subject areas that already have enough members to serve our current demand. In these cases, we will hold on to the applicant's registration form and contact them when we are able to accept new members.

2. Job Expectations

 The following is expected of the Expert:

* Adherence to the Guidelines for Responding to Questions

* Prompt response to emails and commitment to the creation of Solutions/Reviews

* Responses that are accurate to the best of the Expert’s knowledge

* Responses that are written in a step-by-step manner in order to aid the student in learning the concepts at hand

* Restraint from the use of any foul language, prejudiced remarks, or the passing of personal contact information (phone numbers, email addresses, etc.) through the Globalexperts4u system

* Submissions to the Knowledge Library to help us increase the amount of material available to students

* Professionalism when using the Globalexperts4u name

Each Expert has to read through the Guidelines for Responding to Questions before signing out any student questions. A Reference Manual is provided within the account of each Experts and Update Newsletters are distributed periodically. Expert has to follow  Academic Integrity Policy . The Registration Process :

Fill out the Online Registration Form. You will receive an email that confirms receipt of your registration. If your application is approved, you will receive a second email advising you that your account has been activated.

Payments to the Experts- The calculation of Payments in respect of all Expert Work shall be as set out in Globalexperts4u's payment schedule, and may be revised by it from time to time. Currently, the payment schedule is as follows:

Ask a Question:

The Expert shall be paid eighty per cent (80%) of the amounts paid by all Students Works submitted by the Expert following their Registration with Globalexperts4u. This is applicable to the only custom work and download of the solution only by the student who has posted the query.

Knowledge Library:

Students using the Knowledge Library will be able to purchase Expert’s past works from the Knowledge Library. Unless this Agreement is terminated, when and if an Expert Work is posted to the Knowledge Library for ongoing purchase and viewing by other Students, the Expert may receive 60% of the amounts paid by the Students for Expert’s past work. The remaining funds are retained by Globalexperts4u to cover its hosting and administrative costs.

Training/Mentoring workshops and webinars

The sharing percentage will be decided as per the nature of workshop.

Payment Due Following Acceptance By Students- Globalexperts4u shall remit payments for the Experts’ Work ("Payment" or "Payments") to each Expert on a monthly basis, on the 15th of the month following the end of a calendar month period. If the 15th of the month falls on a weekend or holiday, the Payments will be sent on the business day immediately following the weekend or holiday. Globalexperts4u currently renders Experts’ Payments only through PayPal or by corporate cheque as stipulated by the Expert and as agreed to by Globalexperts4u. Additional or alternate payment mechanisms may be offered by Globalexperts4u over time. Payments shall be payable to the Expert only after the Expert Work is accepted by the Student, and the Student's payment is actually received by Globalexperts4u.
